Terms & cancellation policy

House rules

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. No pets. Smoking is outside only. No parties or functions. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Use braai facilities only in designated areas. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Bring your own swim towels. Wash the last load of dishes before you leave.

Payment and deposit

Accommodation is paid in full via PayFast. A refundable R1,000 breakage deposit is payable separately by EFT before arrival.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
• 14–30 days: 50% refund
• 7–14 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund

Cancellations must be submitted by email. Approved refunds are processed manually within five business days.
